We are very excited to let you know that we have reached 16% in total commitments! All that in just a matter of a month. Wow! Thank you to all who have decided to partner with us as we venture to plant The Bridge in Paris. And if you haven’t yet made a commitment, please consider being apart of this journey. We have an amazing team of people assembled and we know that God will bless this venture.

Paris, here we come!

We are excited to announce that we are joining a church planting team which will be starting a new international, English-language church called “The Bridge” in Paris, France. We are thrilled about the project and the opportunity to be a part of what will unfold in the coming months.

There are two things we desperately need:

1. Your Prayers. This is a drastic life change for us and there will no doubt be some stretching of our faith and relationships. Please pray that we will always feel God’s presence with us in this journey. Also, the financial need for two years of ministry is great, and we hope to leave in November of 2009. Please pray that God will move on the hearts of those we contact to bless our ministry.


2. Financial Support. We need one-time gifts and monthly commitments to help us meet our budget needs while in Paris. The dollar is currently very weak, driving up the cost of living. For example, a gallon of gas in Paris is $10 and a gallon of milk costs $8. If you would like to contribute, please contact us at davyrudolph@lakeviewchurch.org or or you can send a check to:
